Your reflection answers

Your choices and written reflections are processed in your browser. They are not sent to the operator or to Payhip. If you save or print your result, the resulting file remains under your control.

Your access key

When you unlock the full tool, your access key is sent securely to our verification service. The service checks it against Payhip’s license-key system and returns only whether access is valid. We do not intentionally create a separate customer database from that check.

Payments

Purchases and payment details are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. Their privacy terms apply to information you provide during checkout. Text Him or Not? does not receive your full card details.

Browser storage

The tool uses your browser’s local storage to preserve your progress and active access. You can remove saved progress by starting over or by clearing the website’s stored data. Access must be verified again after the stored access token expires or is removed.

Hosting and technical connections

The static website is hosted through GitHub Pages by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. When you visit the website, GitHub may process technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, access time, and requested file in server logs.

Access-key verification is handled through a Cloudflare Workers service and Payhip’s license-key system. These services may process the access key and technically necessary connection data in accordance with their own privacy terms. Your written reflections are not included in the verification request.

Analytics and advertising

This version does not use advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data concerning you, or object to or request restriction of processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be sent to the contact address below.
